We're looking for a great designer and strategist — someone who can balance an understanding of user experience with modern web design to help create beautiful and functional websites.As a Product Designer at sartorfit you will be the voice of the customer. With some guidance, from your manager and extended design team you will be able to go deep on a specific area of our product experience. You’ll build expertise in the domain and customers, and also foster relationships with your team of cross functional partners.

Requirements

  • BA/BS + 2 years or Master’s degree +1 year experience in the field of user experience, design, research or related fields; for example, Design, Information Architecture, Human Factors/HCI, Psychology, Cognitive Sciences OR alternative equivalent project/portfolio experience
  • Familiarity with modern screen design tools like Figma
  • Demonstrate effective verbal and written communication skills

Duties

  • Work with cross-functional team members in the execution and delivery of sartorfit products and services, using a customer-focused, iterative design process 
  • Create high-quality deliverables with some oversight and guidance from a senior designer, within timelines and project requirements
  • Leverage and foster the use of established UX techniques in the creation of UX analysis, solutions, and materials 
  • Commitment to WCAG and A11y standards, challenging teams to build inclusive experiences- regardless of regardless of circumstance, affluence, culture, language, age, or ability.
